Lita Rossana Ford - also known as Lita Ford - is an American guitarist, vocalist and songwriter British descendance. This was followed by the release of her second album, 'Dancin' on the Edge'. Ford vanished for some decades in the rock world following the release of both albums. The smash-hit album Lita, released in 1989, was the catalyst that led to her reemergence. The lead song "Kiss Me Deadly" and the ballad "Close My Eyes forever" were big hits. Her success was not long-lasting since she went under the radar for several years. After releasing 'Black in 1995 and a few years after that, "Wicked Wonderland" came out, and she was back. Her most recent album, Time Capsule was released in 2016. Guitar Player Magazine gave her The Certified Guitar Legend Award.
