Katheryn Winnick
Katheryn Winnick, a Canadian director, actress and producer she played the lead actor in Vikings. The show was produced by MGM/The History Channel. The show received critical acclaim as well as Emmy Awards. As well as her principal role in Vikings an episode written by Winnick debuted in 2020. Entertainment Weekly stated that her character was "Lagertha may be the most intriguing feminist character on TV." Alongside the Women's Image Network Award in 2018 for the best Actress on the TV Series, she has also been nominated for several other prestigious awards, for example, the Critic's Best Award in 2017 to be the best Supporting Actress and the Canadian Screen Award in 2014 for the Best Performance by a Lead Dramatic Actress. Katheryn has also been awarded her Serendipity Film Award of Excellence during 2015's Banff World Media Festival 2015. Additionally to these prestigious nominations, Katheryn also received the Serendipity Film's Award of Excellence at the Banff International Media Festival, in 2015.
